What are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges vary depending on where you live and how fast you want your order. When you check out you will be asked for your zip code and your shipping charges will automatically be calculated. Our Shipping Page has more information.

 

What is your return policy?
We will exchange or refund your purchase if we receive it returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot refund shipping charges and there is a 10% restocking fee if you are returning an order for a refund. We will not charge a restocking fee for a size or style exchange. Any item returned damaged, dirty, worn or laundered will not be accepted. All returns should be shipped with tracking insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.

Can you tell me more about your handcrafted leather products?
Our Passport Holders and Luggage Tags are handcrafted in the United States. Top grain supple hides are tanned with special oils for endurance and waxed to accentuate the beauty and enhance the feel. The scars, scratches and wrinkles are natural markings on top grain leather and not imperfections. The inherent characteristic of the leather acquires a rich patina with age and further distinguishes the uniqueness of each piece.

We suggest pre washing your pieces for best results. Wash in cold water with like colors, tumble dry low.
